At Donis Threads Company, every product is made just for you. Because our apparel is produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Wrong color selection
- Change of mind
Please double-check your order details before checkout.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, weβre happy to offer a free replacement or a full refund.
To request a refund or replacement:
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery.
- Submit a clear photo showing the problem.
- If multiple items are affected (same design), please include a photo or video of all items in a single frame.
π¦ No need to return the damaged item.
Additional Notes
- Small shifts in print placement (up to 0.5") are normal and not considered defects.
- For delivery issues (e.g., undeliverable address), you can request a reprint at an additional cost or a partial refund.
