At Donis Threads Company, every product is made just for you. Because our apparel is produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Wrong color selection
  • Change of mind

Please double-check your order details before checkout.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, we’re happy to offer a free replacement or a full refund.

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Submit a clear photo showing the problem.
  3. If multiple items are affected (same design), please include a photo or video of all items in a single frame.

Additional Notes

  • Small shifts in print placement (up to 0.5") are normal and not considered defects.
  • For delivery issues (e.g., undeliverable address), you can request a reprint at an additional cost or a partial refund.
